Hunter Douglas Blind Repairs
As a Hunter Douglas Gallery, we process repairs exclusively for Hunter Douglas blinds. Listed below is information on our repair process and fees. Typically blind repairs take about 2-3 weeks from repair to reinstall, but repair times can vary.
How it works:
Option 1 (for up to 3 Blinds*): You bring the blind(s) to our showroom, and pick up when ready: $120
Option 2 (for up to 3 Blinds*): We schedule a time for our installer to pick up and reinstall the repaired blind(s) to and from your location: $155
*Refers to blinds made after 2015. Blinds made prior to 2015 are subject to additional fees as noted below.
Other fees to consider:
Blinds made between 2011-2014: +$50
Blinds made between 1990-2010: +$100
Oversized Freight Fees: ranges between $25-$100
Batteries: $25/dozen
Travel Fee Outside Incline Village: $100
High Ladder (Over 10’): $100
Vertical Shade repair: Base rate $300
Temporary Paper Shades: $25 each
Reprogram Remote Controlled Shades: $120
No Show Fee: +$100
In addition, it is possible there are additional repair charges from Hunter Douglas that are not covered by the warranty. We will notify you if there are additional charges to your repair.
NOTE: Initial Blind Repair Fees are to be paid upon scheduling the repair. Any additional fees incurred are due upon receipt of invoice.
